University council
The university council is the second pillar of implementing policy after trustee staff which regulates the current policies and programs of the university based on macro policies approved by trustee staff or other sufficient authorities.

Educational council
According to the 18th article of the regulation of management of universities and higher education institutions, an educational council is formed in order to prepare  and codify the educational programs and to propose them to university council and to help administrative affairs and to provide the facilities in the ground of educational activities.

Research council
According to the 21st article of the regulations of management of universities and higher education institutions, a research council is formed in order to prepare and codify the research program and to propose them to university council and to help administrative affairs and the facilities in the ground of research activities.

Cultural council
According to the 30th article of the regulations of management of universities and higher education institutions, a cultural council is formed in the university in order to coordinate the university cultural programs in the framework of policies and criteria approved regarding the authorization and duties of the relevant authorities and institutions and cooperation with the chancellor of the university to realize moral and cultural values of Islam in various aspects.

Student council 
According to the 24th article of the regulations of management of universities and higher education institution, a student council is formed in the university in order to prepare and codify various programs in the ground of student affairs, and to provide necessary facilities for intellectual and spiritual growth and to secure the welfare needs of students and to cooperate with student vice chancellor in administrative affairs.
